There are three Conference rooms ideal to host a function or a training class, a double story dormitory which accommodate 50 people. The riverside camping sites as well as the higher camping sites all have power points. Braai areas is available as well as a lovely large and small pool to cool off and relax. Other activities include high rope courses, ability course, creativity, relationship building and problem-solving course, Volley Ball, Archery, Rafting, Paintball as well as a game of pool.
There is a total of three jetties on the premises where you can fish from, braai or simply just relax.
The area is famous for fly fishing, yellow fish as well as barber and carp as the water along Raaswater is a bit deeper.
The property is ideal for hosting conferences, team buildings for schools as well as companies, family get togethers, holiday accommodation and so much more.
All furniture, appliances and fittings are included in the Lodge. The staff are reliable and are willing to continue working for the new owner.
An added extra is an entire private house for the owner with its own under roof swimming pool and generator and pump to pump water from the borehole. There is 3-phase electricity.
